          TV stars headed to Utah for Celebrity Smile Ski Challenge
       

Stars of "Glee," "Private Practice" and "Chuck" will be in Park City on Saturday, March 30, for the second annual Park City Celebrity Smile Ski Challenge.
It's a celebrity event to benefit Operation Smile, an international children's medical charity that has funded more than 200,000 life-altering surgeries for kids born with facial deformities.
